Help communities in the 5-county Iowa-Illinois region achieve a better quality of life in response to their needs and concerns. We help foster local leadership, build partnerships and provide technical and administrative coordination in order to enhance the local economy and preserve and promote the wise use of our natural resources.

Interstate RC&D provides technical and administrative assistance and coordinates financial assistance for various projects that meet the Council's goals and objectives. Interstate RC&D works closely with various federal, state and local government agencies and other organizations to achieve their goals and objectives.
