West Liberty Strategic Planning
Interstate RC&D assisted West Liberty, Iowa establish an Economic Development Program for 2005. We have facilitated meeting with the West Liberty Economic Development Steering Committee members and are working on developing a a strong plan of work for the upcoming years. The West Liberty Economic Development Steering Committee recently created their 2006 Board of Directors and Officers. They are finalizing interview selections for their Executive Director and will be in operation in January 2007. Interstate RC&D helped create the program and obtain approximately $75,000 each year for three years to develop the program.
