Interstate RC&D is working with the Silvis Garden Club to identify funding possibilities to help build a Horticultural Center in Silvis to grow, propagate and sell native forbs, grasses and other perennials and unique plants. The center will also offer informational and educational programs on a wide range of horticultural and natural resources topics.
