Rock Island County Wind Study
Interstate RC&D assisted the Rock Island County Board to secure $3,000 from the Illinois Clean Energy Foundation to determine the feasibility of a wind tower to be installed along the ridge of Rock Island County.
Rock Island County has contracted with Jay Haley, EAPC, to conduct the study. They are in the process of completing the study.
