Interstate RC&D is working with the Friends of Muscatine FFA in securing funding for a Agricultural Learning Center for the students in Muscatine High School and Muscatine Community College. The group has already purchased the land and is now wanting to secure funding for the building. The total project cost is estimated at $3.5 million.
