Interstate Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) is a 501 (c)(3) no-for profit corporation providing services to Henry, Mercer and Rock Island counties in Illinois and Muscatine and Scott counties in Iowa. Interstate RC&D is sponsored by County Boards, Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD) and the United States Department of Agriculture– Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS).
